Get involved

We are always looking for people who can help out at our events. We appreciate everything from small to big gestures. You can arrange flower decorations, create a playlist, cook your favorite dish, share our events on your social media, or even host your own event - we make it happen together!

In addition to our events, you can be an integral part of our vibrant club by joining one of our dedicated committees. We welcome your participation and fresh ideas in the following committees:

Membership Committee

Monthly Meetings: Our Membership Committee meets monthly to discuss strategies and initiatives aimed at retaining our valued members. Brainstorm and Collaborate: Share your thoughts, insights, and innovative ideas to boost our membership base. Recommendations to the Board: Your input matters, and your recommendations will help shape the future of our club.

Communication Committee

Newsletter Production: Are you a creative writer? Our Communication Committee is responsible for producing our engaging and informative newsletters.

Social Media Management: Do you know how to grow an audience organically? Stay on top of our club's online presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google My Business page, ensuring our members are well-informed and engaged.

Website Management: Do you know HTML/CSS? Or do you have an eye for design? Be a part of the team that keeps our website up-to-date and user-friendly.

Advertising Initiatives: Are you familiar with online audiences? Help us promote our events and activities to a wider audience.

Graphic Creation: Utilise tools like Canva to design eye-catching visuals for our social media accounts, events, and promotions.

Furthermore, we also have event planning committees for each of our major events. These committees are essential for organizing and executing successful gatherings, and we encourage more members to get involved. Whether it's our annual celebrations, cultural festivals, or other significant occasions, you can contribute your skills and creativity to make these events truly special.
